Yea, pull the lowers off, then pull out the push rod from the right(non spring side) stanchion. There should be a plastic or rubber block inside that can be moved from 2 positions. Move it to the one that limits it from rebounding the most. You might have Tyson take a look too. He was there when I lowered the x-fusion fork on mitch's bike.
